    the training

    Lombard Odier has long been committed to apprenticeships, and so we’re always looking to invest in enthusiastic, talented young people who are considering a career in financial services. Our apprenticeships are designed as three-year programmes and during this time, you’ll work in different departments within Lombard Odier, giving you a comprehensive introduction to the world of banking.


    mentoring

    Our apprentices have the support of qualified professionals in the workplace. Our mentors have several years of experience and will share their knowledge to help you prepare for the Federal Competence Certificate. You’ll also get assistance and guidance from the apprentice manager throughout the programme. Many of the courses are organised within the bank but we also leverage the expertise of external providers, such as the CYP (Challenge Your Potential).


    recruitment process

    The recruitment session runs from November to March every year. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to sit written tests and attend an aptitude assessment day. Individual interviews will also be conducted at the final stage of the selection process.
