the work and study program

Business administration is a generalist and multi-skilled discipline that demands a practical approach to applying theory in the workplace. We offer the opportunity to complete a four-year training programme, with 80% of your time spent working with us and 20% on your studies at the Geneva University of Applied Sciences (Haute Ecole de Gestion - Geneva).

Our programme will give you an in-depth knowledge of business management, good language skills and the ability to apply new management and IT tools. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose the area in which you want to specialise towards the end of the programme.

You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep personal commitment and a disciplined approach to work, creativity and adaptability.

On completion of the programme your professional qualifications will have a strong "hands-on" focus, having gained experience in applying the knowledge and techniques you will have learnt. So, you’ll be ready to join one of our departments straight away.

 

where you’ll work

The programme consists of four one-year placements in the bank’s support and cross-disciplinary functions.

You’ll be supported by qualified professionals with many years’ experience, and by a training specialist who will support and guide you throughout the programme.
