Lombard Odier UK scoops PAM award for innovation

We take great pleasure in announcing that Lombard Odier has won the 2023 PAM award for Innovation. The accolade recognises the successful launch of our dedicated UK Resident Non-UK Domiciled (RND) Service, the first automated, end-to-end RND wealth management service in the UK.

The PAM Awards are among the most respected in the UK wealth management industry, and this marks our fourth win in five years. In 2019, we won in the Digital Wealth Solution category, reflecting the strength of our proprietary technology. In 2020, we won two sustainability awards: Sustainable Investment Solution and Positive Impact.

A true innovation

Our new UK RND service builds on our existing suite of bespoke banking solutions designed to help UK-based international clients optimise their wealth across borders. Launched in 2022 and designed by our in-house tax experts in close collaboration with our technology and operations teams, the service leverages our proprietary, cutting-edge wealth technology in highly innovative ways. It is the first RND service in the UK to include fully automated cash flows and an enhanced, technology-powered risk control framework.

To make their decision, the judges looked for ‘the most innovative single solution to boost risk-adjusted returns and the client experience.’

22 firms were named as finalists across 10 categories, and the winners were announced at a gala dinner on 26 April at the Royal Lancaster London.

The PAM Awards

The PAM Awards adjudication process is uniquely rigorous. The expert panel of leading independent professionals perform extensive and often intrusive due diligence on participating firms.

The organisers, PAM Insight, are an independent publishing group focussed on Private Asset Managers (PAM), and the awards are restricted to firms providing wealth management services to clients in the UK and Crown Dependencies (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
