PSD2 may just change the face of banking, for the better.

What does PSD2 mean for you as a client? This new EU directive is a platform which will foster competition and innovation in the banking industry, improving client access to products and services. Private and institutional clients can now share their data, securely, with banks and third parties in order to compare products, request account information and have more transparency. At Lombard Odier, we take data security seriously. Only when we have the consent of our clients do we share their data using a secure Application Programming Interface (API). From 14 September 2019, our clients can begin to benefit from this service, should they wish.

We work with best-in-class Finologee S.A., who build and run business critical finance platforms, to provide a secure API. Finologee S.A. offer the PSD2 testing environment, documentation and support to our Third Party Providers (TPP).
