Lombard Odier’s NextGen initiative wins key award
Lombard Odier was crowned ‘Outstanding Private Bank – Switzerland – Domestic Players’ at the Private Banking Switzerland & Wealth Management Awards 2023.
The accolade honours the Bank’s ‘LO Generations’ initiative, a market-leading multigenerational approach to serving the next generation (NextGen) of our clients.
The initiative aims to equip our private banking teams with the latest insights on the NextGen, tackling generational boundaries, fostering enduring relationships and ensuring smooth wealth transitions from one generation to the next.
The accolade therefore underlines our commitment to serve our clients throughout their lives, in line with the Bank’s mission: to be the private banker of reference for entrepreneurs and their families. Not just today, but for the long-term. Generation after generation.
The Bank’s Strategic Growth team collected the trophy at a gala dinner in Zurich in December. The ‘Domestic Players’ category celebrates the best among private banks in Switzerland that are successfully serving wealthy domestic clients. The jury is made up of internationally recognised experts from across the banking sector.
LO Generations – a multigenerational approach
At Lombard Odier, we are owned and managed by seven generations of banker-entrepreneurs. We strive to gain a holistic understanding of each family and the structure of their wealth across borders. We then create a bespoke investment solution based on the goals of each family and their members.
