The Hauts du Château and 1Roof projects are set in an exceptional panorama between Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains.

We want to emphasise the natural beauty of this privileged location and create features to match the panorama.

Lombard Odier has opted for architecture that will be conducive to community life, with a park made up of major trees*.

Our vision for the site also reduces the impact of vehicles to a minimum.

An underground ramp is one obvious addition we have made to the initial project. It will considerably limit the impact of the deliveries needed to keep the Bank running smoothly, and help ensure the safety of local residents.

*Species or varieties with medium or large growth, reaching a minimum of 10 metres, with a specific lifespan.

In the initial site configuration, goods for the Bank were to be transported along a driveway at the foot of aisles 19 to 26 of the flats. To minimise the impact of traffic and make communal areas safer, Lombard Odier has instead opted for an underground ramp. Particular attention has been paid to tree planting in this area, to limit the visual impact of this installation. This change will makes life more pleasant and reduce disturbances for local residents.

Lombard Odier plans to plant major trees and dense vegetation outside the building.

All the plants have been carefully selected to provide a pleasant environment from the moment the park becomes available.
Two-thirds of the project’s 30,000 square metres will be planted.
This will predominantly comprise around a hundred trees, some of which will be 15m high when planted.
The remaining third of the area covers the 1.4 kilometres of traffic lanes for soft mobility.
